01 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player") and fuje9 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fuje9 platform at fuje9.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

fuje9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, fuje9 will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the fuje9 platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support to arrange account closure.

This Agreement is written in English and the English-language version is the governing and legally binding version. Any translated version, if provided for convenience, is subordinate to the English text.

1.1 Governing Language

The official and governing language of this Agreement and all communications between fuje9 and the Player is English. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that the platform operates in English and that all material terms, bonus conditions, and game rules are available in English. Any misunderstanding arising from a player's interpretation of English-language content does not constitute grounds for a dispute claim against fuje9.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on fuje9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal minimum gambling age in your jurisdiction if higher than 18).
• You are registering your own personal account and providing accurate, truthful personal information. Registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of fuje9, or any software provider or business partner of fuje9.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from fuje9 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a business entity, syndicate, or group.

2.1 Age Verification

fuje9 performs age and identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process prior to approving any withdrawal request. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal rights suspended until verification is completed.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

fuje9 is designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using fuje9 does not violate the laws of their jurisdiction. fuje9 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly criminalised. If you are accessing fuje9 from outside Bangladesh, you do so at your own risk and legal responsibility.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on fuje9. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Bangladesh, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. fuje9 is not responsible for failed communications or delayed transactions resulting from outdated account information.

3.1 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your fuje9 account and for keeping that password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. fuje9 will never ask you to provide your password via email, telephone, or any messaging platform. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.

3.2 Account Security Features

fuje9 provides the following account security tools to all registered players:

• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): An optional SMS-based second verification step that can be enabled from your account security settings.
• New Device Alerts: Email notifications are sent whenever your account is accessed from a device or IP address not previously associated with your account.
• Automatic Session Timeout: Active sessions are automatically terminated after a defined period of inactivity to prevent unauthorised access on shared devices.
• Login History: Players can review recent login activity, including timestamps and IP addresses, from their account dashboard.

3.3 KYC and Identity Verification

fuje9 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. fuje9 may, at its sole discretion, request KYC documentation at any point during a player's account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on fuje9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fuje9 does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside fuje9's control and are not refundable by fuje9.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fuje9 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to issuer approval)

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal request is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in your account (bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met).
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. fuje9 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• No active investigations or fraud flags are associated with your account at the time of the withdrawal request.

4.4 Refund Policy

Deposits made to a fuje9 account are generally non-refundable once credited. If a deposit is made in error (e.g., to an incorrect account), or if a technical error results in a duplicate charge, you must notify fuje9 support at [email protected] within 48 hours. fuje9 will investigate such claims and issue a correction where the error can be verified. Chargebacks initiated directly with a payment provider without first contacting fuje9 may result in account suspension pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

fuje9 offers a range of promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, daily reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) tournaments, and Victory Day. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer at the time of issue.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: All deposit bonuses and free bet credits carry a wagering requirement, which is the total amount you must wager before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated clearly in the offer terms (e.g., "30x bonus amount").
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire within the timeframe stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on fuje9 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and table games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10–20%). Game contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Activating a second bonus before the first is cleared may result in the first bonus being forfeited.

5.2 Daily Reload Bonus

The fuje9 daily reload bonus resets every day at midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Eligible players will see the day's reload offer in their account dashboard upon logging in. Daily reload bonus amounts vary and may be enhanced during live BPL matches, T20 fixtures, ICC events, or special occasions like Eid and Durga Puja. Full terms for each day's offer are displayed before the bonus is claimed.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fuje9 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; wagering solely on low-risk outcomes (e.g., matched betting or arbitrage) to clear a bonus with minimal risk; colluding with other players to systematically clear bonuses; and any other behaviour that fuje9 determines in its sole discretion constitutes an exploitation of the bonus system. fuje9 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

06 Betting & Casino Game Rules

The fuje9 platform offers two primary product categories: a sports betting sportsbook and an online casino. Specific rules governing individual games, bet types, and market settlement are published within the game interface or the relevant help section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all fuje9 products.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. fuje9 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available for any duration.
• fuje9 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of an obvious pricing error, technical fault, or data feed malfunction. Players will be refunded the original stake in such cases.
• In-play (live) bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets are accepted subject to the platform's live betting rules. Network latency or connection issues on the player's side do not constitute grounds for voiding a live bet.
• Maximum winnings per single bet are subject to the payout limits published in the sports betting rules section of the platform. fuje9 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any player at any time without explanation.
• Match abandonment, postponement, and void-match rules are applied per the standard rules published on the platform for each sport. For BPL and other cricket markets, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result will be used for rain-affected matches where applicable.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games on fuje9 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically fair, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by fuje9 or the player.
• Games are provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The specific rules for each game are governed by the rules published within that game's interface.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live session, the outcome of the incomplete round may be voided and the bet refunded, or the round may be completed using the last valid game state recorded by the game server. fuje9 applies the decision that most fairly reflects the player's documented game state at the time of the malfunction.
• Progressive jackpot rules, including minimum bet requirements to qualify for jackpot pools, are displayed within the relevant game interface.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, product category, and player account tier. Current limits for each game or market are displayed within the game interface or market listing. fuje9 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific accounts where unusual betting patterns or risk management considerations require it.

07 Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

The following actions are strictly prohibited on fuje9 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals. fuje9 may also pursue legal remedies where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on fuje9, regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using false, fictitious, or another person's identity; submitting fraudulent KYC documentation; impersonating another player or person.
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; initiating fraudulent chargebacks; money laundering through the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live dealer tables or poker rooms to gain an unfair advantage; chip dumping; sharing hole cards or game information in real time.
• Automated Play: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Arbitrage & Matched Betting: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies between fuje9 and other platforms, or use of fuje9 bonus funds in conjunction with lay bets on external exchanges, to guarantee profits irrespective of outcome.
• Hacking & Exploits: Attempting to access unauthorised areas of the platform; exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities; interfering with the platform's RNG or game logic in any way.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed at fuje9 staff or other players via any communication channel.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your fuje9 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by fuje9

fuje9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The player's account activity indicates problem gambling behaviour and immediate protective action is warranted.
• Required by law, regulatory authority, or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of this Agreement, any balance within the account (including pending withdrawals) may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., the player voluntarily self-excludes), the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player after identity verification.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, the player's account login is disabled and all marketing communications are suspended. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. fuje9 will send email reminders to the registered address before applying dormancy procedures. After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the remaining account balance. Accounts with a zero balance following the dormancy period will be permanently closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
